Business Development Manager

AMLBot — an international project with Ukrainian origins. We develop compliance tools (AML, KYC, KYT) to protect users from dirty money risks while interacting with CeFi & DeFi projects.

Today our service is used by 5K+ Crypto Companies (exchanges, OTC desks, and other DeFi / CeFi businesses) and 220K+ active users.

Today a passionate team of 40+ specialists works on the service development. Our team includes experienced AML officers, lawyers, blockchain analysts, developers etc.

Our goal is to create an honest and transparent crypto market and to make available to everyone a tool to protect their reputation and assets.

We’re expanding into Southeast Asia and have recently opened our first office in Thailand. Now we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who understands the local market landscape.

This is a unique opportunity to become the driving force behind our growth in Thailand, build high-value partnerships, and shape our local strategy from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Solid understanding of the Thai crypto/fintech market
  • Previous work with crypto/blockchain/fintech projects
  • Strong track record in sales or business growth
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Confident with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office
  • Fluent in English and Thai
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships

Your Role Will Include:

  • Researching the Thai market and identifying growth opportunities
  • Initiating and leading meetings with potential clients and partners
  • Promoting our products and tailoring solutions to client needs
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from outreach to signed contracts
  • Tracking key metrics (sales, revenue, retention)
  • Offering strategic feedback and customer success support
  • Building long-term relationships in the local crypto and fintech communities
  • Helping junior team members grow and succeed
