Customer Success Manager (Crypto / AML / Sales-Driven)
AMLBot — international company providing AML, KYC, and KYT compliance solutions for the crypto industry. We develop tools that help crypto businesses assess risk, investigate suspicious activity, and protect users and assets across CeFi and DeFi ecosystems.
Our solutions are used by thousands of crypto companies worldwide, including exchanges, OTC desks, and Web3 projects, serving hundreds of thousands of users globally.
We are looking for a Customer Support Manager who will work at the intersection of customer support, product guidance, and conversion.
Mission:
Convert incoming client requests into paid customers, retain revenue, and grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell.
The focus is on quality communication, understanding client use cases, and building long-term relationships.

What we expect from you
- 1+ year experience in crypto / fintech / blockchain SaaS
- Clear understanding of how crypto products are sold, not just supported
- Practical experience with AML / KYC / KYT systems
- English: Upper-Intermediate+ (you can sell and negotiate, not just reply), Ukrainian: Fluent
- Strong persuasion, objection handling, and closing skills
- Ownership mindset: you are responsible for conversion, retention, and client satisfaction
- High self-discipline and ability to work without micromanagement
- CV with photo + links to professional social profiles (LinkedIn preferred)
Your responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and client requests via chat
- Qualify prospects, identify needs, and convert conversations into paid deals
- Sell company services through upsell / cross-sell during active client communication
- Process orders, subscriptions, and payments in internal systems
- Support clients on AML / KYC-related use cases and product logic
- Retain customers by proactively working with churn risks
- Share insights from client conversations to improve sales scripts and product positioning
